A place on our sales team involves developing media partnerships and building a good client relationship with high end brands. You will be working on lead generation and sales calls, keeping on top of your tasks and reaching individual targets which will contribute to team and company targets. The role also includes identifying new opportunities for the business and clients, planning media schedules, account management, developing new business and selling our services.
Our campaigns team are responsible for providing full campaign management. This involves a variety of duties including detailed campaign performance analysis, identify new opportunities for the business and clients, planning media schedules, account management and developing new business. As well as developing these skills, you’ll be helping with media partnerships, supplier relations, list owner recruitment, planning/buying and sales administration.
With our continuous growth our busy finance team take on many duties. Without limitation, this role may include:
- Aiding in the financial planning and strategy for the company and associated companies.
- Aiding in the planning of communications
- Helping with Finance Strategy
- Liaising with Suppliers and Business providers
- Aiding with communications with client and customer accounts
- Contributing towards developing Ginger Nut’s Design projects
- Finance administration
- Credit Control
- Accounts Payable
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payment
- Financial Forecasting
- Balancing Accounts
- Checking company bank statements
- Order Confirmation raises
- Purchase order raises
- Management of any company investments or capital reserves
- Research, preparation and submission of budgets
Working on the tech team means being involved in website development and email creatives on many exciting projects. You’ll be able to get involved in working to design and build several different websites and email creative’s in different sectors. It is useful if you’ve previous experience in the following:
- PSD to CMS template conversions
- Object Oriented Development / CS Background
- Self-Starter – Looking for candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction.
- Email HTML coding experience and keen to learn email coding best practice
Being part of this team means collaborating closely with the sales team, so as well as the necessary administration tasks of filing, emailing, lead sourcing and data entry, you’ll be keeping on top of clients, key times of year, sales promotions and team KPI’s. They key is to help the sales team to run as efficiently as possible.
Our designers have a passion for all things creative and on a daily basis are working on website design and development as well as on email creatives, logo designs and many exciting Ginger Nut Media projects. You will need to be able to get involved in designing and building many different websites and email creatives for lots of different sectors so it is a great way to expand your portfolio and experience.
We’re always looking for a can do attitude, passion for design and creativity, and preferably
some technical knowledge too (including basic HTML and CSS).
The marketing team cover a wide range of tasks including managing social media pages, SEO, websites, newsletters, blogs and events. Focusing on communication of our brand and services, you need to be creative and always looking for new ways to connect with existing and potential customers. You will also be developing media partnerships, planning media schedules and developing new business.
